TANILBA PARK

Public BBQ

Tanilba Park delivers an impressive waterfront package that satisfies families, fitness devotees, and those seeking a quiet spot by the water. The covered barbecue facilities prove their worth on drizzly days, while the playground's flying fox generates enthusiasm among younger visitors. Adults aren't forgotten, with exercise equipment strategically positioned near the children's area. The Heritage walking trail winds around the foreshore, offering pleasant views without demanding serious exertion. Amenities are sensibly distributed: clean change rooms and toilets sit just across the road, and beach showers provide the basics, though anyone expecting drinking fountains will need to plan accordingly. The waterfront location provides calm swimming conditions, and parking proves surprisingly adequate even on busy days.
